On my trip around the world I get to visit so many amazing places. If you are looking for itineraries, experiences or local travel tips, you can find all this and much more for every country I have been to. Choose your country below and go directly to each country’s travel page.

But before you dive into the great things you can do in each country, I want you to first think about the 10 things you should do at every destination, no matter where you go in the world. Doing these 10 things will ensure you make the best memories and have the best experiences possible. Trust me!

By the way, did you know why you SHOULDN’T choose the most instagrammable destination to travel to? Find out!

Travel Destinations in Asia

After living in Japan for more than 3 years, I have a lot to say about the country. By clicking on the Japan picture below you will be taken to a wide variety of Japan related blog posts, including itineraries, local travel tips and amazing experiences you can have in the land of the rising sun.

From Japan, I did a couple of trips to other Asian countries over the years, including Vietnam and Taiwan. And I created just a few posts about my experiences there. Once I visit again, I will have more to share with you for sure.

From December 2018 to spring 2019 I will explore other parts of Asia extensively, including Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia. I will update you about my experiences via blog posts over time. But if you want to know what I am up to in real time, you can subscribe to my email newsletter.

Travel Destinations in Europe

It is kind of surprising that I don’t have more content on Europe, being German and everything. But I just find all the other destinations that I visit so much more fascinating that I don’t really feel like writing much about destinations in Europe.

So far I have covered just a couple of places and experiences in the UK (because it is by far my favorite European country) and I am planning on always creating more content. If only I had the time to work on everything I want to.

As you have probably read before. I am always updating my blog, and if you want to be kept in the loop. Sign up to my mailing list!

Travel Destinations in Africa

Africa was a tough experience for me. It was my first time on the continent. And I visited 10 countries in a bit over 2 months. Boy, there is a lot write about! About Tanzania I have started putting together some posts, all other destinations are coming as soon as possible.

Never miss a new post!
